Last month we looked at the phenomenon sweeping the nation that is social networking sites and this month we would like to share with you how we as an organisation are utilising one of these sites.
Over the last year we have all signed up to LinkedIn, initially as a networking tool, but there have been added bonuses. We are now being approached by executives who have found us on LinkedIn, seen our recommendations and asked us to help them in their searches to find suitable candidates, not only in the UK, but Europe and in some cases further a field!
So, as we said last month their are pros and cons to using these sites, but LinkedIn is certainly a winner.
