Job description:
Our client, a leading Global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, are looking to employ an Express Customer Support Team Member based in their Colnbrook Office.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the industry and the desire to provide quality service at all times.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Has an understanding of Customer Services
- Proficiency in Excel and Word required
- An understanding of International Courier Services
- An understanding of worldwide geographical locations
- Organisation and commercial awareness
- Teamwork player
- Flexibility and adaptability
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
- Track & Trace of inbound shipments
- Preparing quotations
- Informing customer of transit times
- Third party collections
- Freedom shipments
- SRN collections
- POD updates
- Resolve station problem queues
- Clear outstanding shipments
Working Time – 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday or Tuesday – Saturday
