Job description:

Our client, a leading Global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, are looking to employ an Operations Team Manager based in their Colnbrook Office.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within the industry and the desire to provide quality service at all times.

 Key Skills and Requirements:

• Managerial skills
• Ability to solve problems and implement change
• Ability to delegate
• Has an understanding of Customer Services
• Proficiency in the Aramex InfoAxs System
• Proficiency in Excel and Word required
• An understanding of International Courier Services
• An understanding of worldwide geographical areas
• Organisation and commercial awareness
• Teamwork player
• Flexibility and adaptability

  Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and deal with customer queries
• Track & Trace of inbound shipments
• Preparing quotations
• Informing customer of transit times
• Third party collections
• Freedom shipments
• SRN collections
• POD updates
• Resolve station problem queues
• Clear outstanding shipments
